TradeFlow Risk Assistant Privacy Policy

TradeFlow Risk Assistant is a local risk calculator and trading journal. It is not a brokerage app and does not place trades or manage funds.

Data Stored on Your Device

TradeFlow Risk Assistant stores your calculator settings, custom instruments, journal entries, theme preferences, and optional Notion configuration locally on your device.

Notion Sync

If you enable Notion sync, the Notion API token and database ID you enter are stored locally on your device. TradeFlow Risk Assistant uses them only to sync your journal entries to the Notion database that you configure.

TradeFlow Risk Assistant does not operate its own backend server for Notion sync and does not receive or store your Notion token, Notion database ID, or synced journal data.

Economic Calendar Data

TradeFlow Risk Assistant may fetch public economic calendar data from the Forex Factory / Fair Economy XML feed to provide execution context and volatility awareness. This data is cached locally to reduce network requests.

Data Collection

TradeFlow Risk Assistant does not collect personal data on a developer-operated server. The app does not use third-party advertising, analytics tracking, or cross-app tracking.

Data Sharing

TradeFlow Risk Assistant does not sell your data. If you enable Notion sync, journal data is sent only to the Notion workspace and database that you configure.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete journal entries inside the app. You can remove all locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device. Data synced to Notion must be deleted from your Notion workspace if you want it removed there as well.

Security

TradeFlow Risk Assistant is designed as a local-first app. You are responsible for keeping your device, Notion account, and Notion API token secure.
